This Wedding Party Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on _____________________, between

(Lessee)_______________________________________________________________ and (Lessor) King Street Orchard, LLC.

The parties hereto intend to be legally bound and agree as follows:

GRANTS

King Street Orchard, LLC grants the lessee the use of the King Street Orchard outdoor area for a wedding party celebration on _____________________ for _____________ people. The outdoor area consists of an outdoor deck area, grass area, and outdoor area surrounded by white fencing. In addition, the bride and her bridal party may use the bridal suite. The lower level of the remodeled 1906 farmhouse is available for guests. The kitchen is not available to prep food, but the refrigerator in the bridal suite can be used; the microwave in the kitchen is also available for use.

DATE/TIME OF PERMITTED USE

Access to King Street Orchard will begin at ___________________ on the event date and end at ___________________. The wedding party can have the rehearsal for an hour and a half the day before the wedding date.

RENTAL FEE

Lessee shall pay King Street Orchard, LLC, for wedding package ______________ on the King Street Orchard website.

A non-refundable deposit of __________________ is due at the signing of the contract, __________________ is due sixty days before the event date __________________, and ________________ is due three days before the wedding.

INSURANCE

Lessee agrees to obtain $1,000,000 general liability insurance for the Celebration of Life agreement and $2,000,000 if alcohol is served.

CANCELLATION

If Lessee cancels this agreement less than thirty days before their wedding date, their first and second payment will be forfeited to King Street Orchard.

GOVERNING LAWS

This agreement shall be construed under the laws of the State of California.
