KING STREET ORCHARD WEDDING AGREEMENT

 

This Wedding Agreement is entered into on (date) __________________________________________, (Lessee)

__________________________________________________________________________________________
and (Lessor) King Street Orchard, LLC.

The parties hereto, intend to be legally bound, and agree as follows:

 

GRANTS
King Street Orchard, LLC grants Lessee the use of King Street Orchard outdoor area for a wedding ceremony and reception on (date) _______________________________, for up to ___________ guests. The outdoor area consists of the backyard deck, a grassy area adjacent to it, surrounded by white fencing.

 

DATE/TIME OF PERMITTED USE

Access to King Street Orchard will begin at _____________________, on the date of the event and will end at _______________________.

 

RENTAL FEE

Lessee shall pay King Street Orchard, LLC the amount of $4,200 for the use of their outdoor property. A non-refundable $1,000 is due at the contract's signing, $1,600 is due sixty days before the event date, and $1,600 is due three days before the event.
If an additional add-on fee of $_______________________ and includes the following:

Add-on fees must be paid with the second payment (sixty days) before the event date.

 

INSURANCE

Lessee agrees to obtain $1,000,000 general liability insurance for the Celebration of Life agreement and $2,000,000 if alcohol is served.

 

CANCELLATION

If Lessee cancels this agreement less than thirty days before their wedding date, their first and second payment will be forfeited to King Street Orchard.

 

GOVERNING LAWS

This agreement shall be construed under the laws of the State of California.
