REHEARSAL DINNER AGREEMENT

1. GRANT OF USE

King Street Orchard, LLC grants the Lessee _____________________________________use of its outdoor property for a birthday celebration on (date) _____________________ for up to _________ guests.
The outdoor event space includes:

  • The back deck
  • The grassy area that surrounds the home
  • The land up to the two-foot-tall back fence
  • The two lower-floor restrooms and bridal suite

2. DATE & TIME OF USE

Lessee shall have access to the property that begins at ________________ and ends at ________________ on the event date.

3. RENTAL FEE

The Rental Fee For Up To 70 guests is $2,500.

The total rental fee is $____________. Payment is due in three installments:

$________ non-refundable deposit due at signing
$________ due 60 days before the event
$________ due 30 days before the event

4. ADD-ON SERVICES

If applicable, an additional fee of $________________ will be added for the following services:

Includes the following: $300 Dance Floor, $75 Per Propane Heater, $40 Per Umbrella. Add-on fees must be paid with the second payment (60 days before the event).

5. CLEANING POLICY

The lessee must remove all material brought onto the property within one hour of the event.

WASTE

All waste, for example, boxes, must be placed in the large receptacle bin. The large trash bin is located at the front of King Street, behind the wooden fence. All waste except boxes must be in trash bags. We can provide you with trash bags, or for a three-hundred-dollar fee, we will remove all waste.

6. PHOTOS AND VIDEOS

King Street Orchard may use our photos, videos, and their marketing _________ (initial)

 

 

 

 

 

7. INSURANCE REQUIREMENT

Lessee agrees to obtain general liability insurance in the amount of:

$1,000,000 for standard events
$2,000,000 if alcohol is served
EWed can provide you with event insurance for $119. Their website link is: https://tinyurl.com/txk3t6fs .Proof of insurance must be provided 30 days before the event.

8. SMOKING POLICY

Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property.

9. MINOR SUPERVISION

At all times on the property, minors must be supervised by an adult.

10. CANCELLATION POLICY

If the Lessee cancels within 30 days of the event date, both the first and second payments will be forfeited.

11. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of California.
