King Street Orchard's Graduation Party Agreement
This graduation party agreement ("agreement"), is entered into on _____________________, between (Lessee)
________________________________________________________________________________and (Lessor) King Street Orchard, LLC.
The parties hereto, intend to be legally bound, and agree as follows:
1. Grants
King Street Orchard, LLC grants the lessee the use of King Street Orchard outdoor area for a graduation celebration on (date)____________________ for up to _________ guests. The outdoor area consists of an outdoor deck area, a grass area, outdoor area that is surrounded by white fencing.
The fee schedule for additional guests:

$2000 for 70 guests $2100 for 80 guests
$2200 for 90 guests $2300 for 100 guests
2. Date/Time Of Permitted Use
Access to King Street Orchard will begin at _________________ on the date of the event and will end at ___________________.
3. Rental Fee
Lessee shall pay to King Street Orchard, LLC, the amount of __________ for the use of their outdoor property.
A non-refundable $1,000 is due at the signing of the contract, half of the remainder is due 60 days before the event date, and the remainder is due the day before the event.

Add-on fees must be paid with the second payment (thirty days) before the event date.
4. Insurance
Lessee agrees to obtain $1,000,000 general liability insurance the day of birthday party agreement and $2,000,000 if alcohol is being served.
5. Cleaning Policy
The lessee must remove all material brought onto the property within one hour of the event. A cleaning fee of up to $600 may be charged if this is not completed.
WASTE
All items brought in must be taken. The bartender or designated person must bag all empty bottles and place at the front receptacle, located at the front of parking lot.
6. Smoking/ Fire Policy
Smoking or fire of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property.
7. Photos and Videos
King Street Orchard may use our photos and videos for their marketing _________ (initial)
8. Minor Supervision
At all times on the property, minors must be supervised by an adult.
9. Cancellation
If Lessee cancels this agreement less than ten days before their event, then an additional $300 will be owed to King Street Orchard.
10. Governing Laws
This agreement shall be construed under the laws of the State of California.
