King Street Orchard's Birthday Party Agreement
This birthday party agreement ("agreement") is entered into on ____________________, between
(Lessee)_______________________________________________________________________ and (Lessor) King Street Orchard, LLC.
The parties hereto intend to be legally bound, and agree as follows:
Grants- King Street Orchard, LLC grants the lessee the use of the King Street Orchard outdoor area for a birthday celebration on ________________. for up to ____________ guests. The outdoor area consists of an outdoor deck area, a grass area, outdoor area that is surrounded by white fencing.
Date/Time Of Permitted Use- Access to King Street Orchard will begin at ___________ Date _______________ and will end at _____________.
Rental Fee- Lessee shall pay to King Street Orchard, LLC, the amount of $1800 for the use of their outdoor property for 60 sixty guests.
The cost breakdown for up to 100 guests
$1,900 for 70 guests $2,000 for 80 guests $2,100 for guests $2,200 for 100 guests
Add Ons: $75 Propane Heater $25 Umbrella $35 Ice Chest $300 Dance Floor
A non-refundable $1,000 is due at the signing of the contract. The second half of the remainder is due 60 days before the event date, and the final payment is due 30 days before the event.
Insurance- Lessee agrees to obtain $1,000,000 general liability insurance on the day of the birthday party agreement and $2,000,000 if alcohol is being served.
Cleaning Fee- The lessee may be charged an additional fee up to $600. If all items and materials brought onto the property are not fully removed after the event.
Smoking- Smoking of any product is not permitted.
Minor Supervision- An adult must supervise all minors at all times.
Cancellation- If Lessee cancels this agreement less than ten days before their event, then Lessee will owe King Street Orchard an additional $300.
Governing Law- This agreement shall be construed under the laws of the State of California.
