King Street Orchard's Celebration of Life Agreement

This Celebration of Life Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on _____________________, between

(Lessee)_______________________________________________________________ and (Lessor) King Street Orchard, LLC.

The parties hereto intend to be legally bound and agree as follows:

1. Grants- King Street Orchard, LLC grants the lessee the use of the King Street Orchard outdoor area for a celebration of life party on __________________ for up to seventy-five people. The outdoor area features an outdoor deck, a grassy area, and an outdoor area surrounded by white fencing.

2. Date/Time Of Permitted Use- Access to King Street Orchard will begin at _________________ on the date of the event, _________________, and will end at ___________________. You have four hours of event time, two hours to set up, and one hour to take down.

3. Rental Fee-The Lessee shall pay King Street Orchard, LLC, $1800 to use their outdoor property for up to 60 guests.

The cost breakdown for up to 100 guests

$1,900 for 70 guests   $2,000 for 80 guests

$2,100 for 90 guests   $2,200 for 100 guests

A non-refundable deposit of $1000 is due at the signing of this agreement. Half of the remaining payment is due 60 days before the event date, and the remainder is due 30 days before the event.

4. Add-on services

If applicable, an additional fee of $________________ will be added for the following services:

Includes the following: $300 Dance Floor $75 Per-Propane Heater $25 Per-Umbrella. Add-on fees must be paid with the second payment (60 days before the event).

5. Insurance-Lessee agrees to obtain $1,000,000 general liability insurance for the Celebration of Life agreement and $2,000,000 if alcohol is served. You can obtain event insurance for as low as $119.

6. Cancellation - If the Lessee cancels this agreement less than twenty days before their event, they will forfeit their second payment.

 

 

7. Cleaning Policy

The lessee must remove all material brought onto the property. The space must be cleaned one hour after your event. A cleaning fee of up to $600 may be charged if this is not completed.

8. Smoking- Smoking of any product is not permitted.

9. Minor Supervision-  An adult must supervise all minors at all times.

10. Governing Law- This agreement shall be construed under the laws of the State of California.
