This Wedding Agreement is entered into on (date) ________________, (Lessee) __________________________________________ and (Lessor) King Street Orchard, LLC.

The parties hereto intend to be legally bound and agree as follows:

GRANTS-King Street Orchard, LLC grants Lessee the use of the King Street Orchard outdoor area for a wedding ceremony and reception on (date) ___________, for up to  _____________ guests. The outdoor area consists of the backyard deck, a grassy area adjacent, and is surrounded by a white fence.

DATE/TIME OF PERMITTED USE- Access to King Street Orchard, LLC will begin at _______________, on the date of the event, and will end at _________________.

RENTAL FEE- Lessee shall pay King Street Orchard, LLC $4,200 for the use of their outdoor property. A non-refundable $1,000 is due at the contract's signing. A $1,600 payment is due sixty days before the event date, and $1,600 is due three days before the event. If an additional add-on fee of $________________ includes the following: _______________________________________________________, Add-on fees must be paid with the second payment (Sixty days) before the event date.

INSURANCE-Lessee agrees to obtain $1,000,000 general liability insurance if no alcohol is being served and $2,000,000 if alcohol is served.

CANCELLATION—If the Lessee cancels this agreement less than thirty days before their wedding date, their first and second payments will be forfeited to King Street Orchard.

GOVERNING- This agreement shall be construed by the State of California.

SMOKING- Smoking of any product is not permitted.

MINOR SUPERVISION- An adult must supervise all minors at all times.
